About Us
- Crosspoint Church began in October of 2000. The first meeting was held in the
Prime Source warehouse building on Halls Mill Road. Fork lifts and trucks were
moved in order to make room for the white plastic chairs that were set up.
Over the next several weeks the church was able to move to the former Calvary
Assembly of God at 5900 Nevius Road. In July of 2006 we began meeting in the
cafeteria of W.C. Griggs Elementary School, where we are currently meeting.
Crosspoint owns land on Schillinger Road and we are currently preparing the site
with the anticipation of our building. Crosspoint is a young church with a very solid
membership and support base.
Dr. Rick Cagle is the founder and pastor of Crosspoint Church.
Using a Bible teaching approach, Dr. Cagle teaches through
books of the Bible using an outline format. Messages are
recorded on CD and available upon request. These messages
can be heard on 840 AM each Sunday morning at 9 a.m.
Working with Evergreen Ministries, Crosspoint features the
teaching ministry of Dr. Cagle, Monday through Friday mornings
at 9:45 a.m. on WBHY 840 AM with Time In The Word. These
15 minute programs are designed to uplift and encourage
the believer in their discipleship journey.
